Shepard Englander, Chief Executive Officer
In his role as CEO, Shepard Englander guides the direction and development of the Jewish Federation including external relations, administration, fundraising, staffing, and volunteer engagement.  He is accountable to the Board of Trustees for setting overall policies and goals, evaluating outcomes and overseeing fiscal and operational standards.  He serves as principal spokesperson for the Jewish Federation.

 

Sharon Stern, Chief Operating Officer
Prior to her move to Cincinnati to become our Chief Operating Officer, Sharon worked almost 19 years for the Jewish Federation of Pittsburgh—in campaign, planning, funding, governance and leadership development. Sharon’s role in Cincinnati is to oversee and coordinate the internal operations of the Federation—staff development, organizational structure, planning and allocations, community leadership development, information technology, financials, investments, and office management.
